Don't get confused with your LAN adapter duplex settings and WiFi adapter. The 802.11b has a theoretical maximum of about 11Mbps at short range. Typically if you get sustained data rates of about 5Mbps, that's good enough.

    OK you stated...
Mage lap eka dell Inspiron 3552 pentium n3710. Network adapter eka qualcom qca9565 802.11b OS-windows 10
Your laptop supports 802.11n and not only 802.11b as you tend to believe...
n class WiFi devices are capable of reaching 300Mbps.
Your TP-Link is a Wireless n class device and naturally is faster.. What's the ZTE device? Does it support 802.11n?

If your wifi connection is slow but ethernet connection is faster then follwoing steps may help you.

STEP 1: Open Run and type devmgmt.msc to open device manager.
STEP 2: Locate the wifi adapter and double click to open properties window.
STEP 3: Go to "Advanced" tab.
STEP 4: Click on "802.11n Bandwidth" [You may have b,g or n after 802.11[b/g/n] Bandwidth].
If not found & then you may have default windows driver installed. Then you can found an option of "HT Mode".

STEP 5: Change the value in dropdown to "20MHz/40MHz Auto" if already not selected.
Note: If you have default windows driver installed then you may have options in the dropdown like "HT Mode 20|40". If you found then select it.

STEP 6: Click "Ok". It will restart your adapter automatically and may solve your problem.

"802.11n Bandwidth" or "HT Mode" mehema ekak mage eke pennan nehane.......

Ok without sidetracking your problem is concisely...
When you connect with the TP-Link and you get good speed
You connect with the ZTE & S6 you get a slow speed. (BTW your ZTE also supports 802.11n and probably configured to this.)
This looks a bit weird :baffled:
Can you tell me what wireless frequency bands these operate? Check the TP Link, ZTE and the S6.
Are they all operating in 5GHz or some of them in the 2.4GHz band???
