i always download something. I have an IPT account and when ever i dont do anything on my pc, i set it to dl a freeleech torrent and to upload the rest of the completed downloads. you know why? we are paying for the bandwidth and it has to be used ! lol

the other thing is, they might be able to limit certain traffic according to the some port related information. but with a properly configured torrent client and encryption methods, they will not be able to limit the traffic.
