hey mchn make a complain to 1243 on SLT line they will come and fix it do it quickly as possible coz since its an office package the speed is far too behind so get it fixed. I had some difficulties with my home package also so i complained & i got it fixed.

hm..

normally da slt sends da data as the requestes are getting from ur computer.so when we use IDM or a good one like dat.it breaks da downloaded file in to few parts and download them simultaniously. and join them after downloading.so its fast than noramal downloading..........
