thr was a small application witch was available on slt net site. it reduce the image quality.in return reduce the data usage. it significantly increase the speed too. I've use that application whn i was using slt dial up. since i'm on adsl, i haven't chk that out recently.

Hey Man..a few days back, on the telecommunication day i saw in the paper that the SLT is planning to increase the downlink speed to some 64Mbps . Is this true. cuz the 512Kbps we use at present is really SHITTY sorry!! but it is cuz its slow..u cnt even watch anything in youtube before 6 in the afternoon not even by using the speedbit s/w(very Low bandwidth)..

Are they having plans on increasing the bandwidth?
Are they going to increase the down link speed to 64Mbps?
If they increase will we have to pay more?

im using the 512Kbps unlimited package..
