That is an outside IP... this is a internal SLT Ip.... explains why some sites work fast confusing others.

dude, akamai is not hosted by SLT, its a global content cache used by many large sites (yahoo, amazon, etc) to provide content quickly to the users.
Guess now sonyerricson is also using their services.

yes SLT using Local Mirrors for the well known Sites. They stated that on their FB profile.

I don't find anything wrong with having Local mirrors.

But limiting the unlimited package bandwidth is the problem here
