Yeah there is a way .
first u need to bypass the SLT proxy . in order to do this under the radar you need some tools bor.

first u need to configure ur pC's Network access profile. and then need to redirect ur dial profile (I mean Modem) to bypass the SLT proxy.

Man i canot help u to do this cos it's illigle and u have to try this method.
but i can help u with one tool availeble in net

It's "Nmap" Free licence software and it's handy.
try ur self a lil and u will fine a way. but be carfull SLT has a lot of bypass ditectors on the way and u have to be carfull with this tool.
