SLT e-Bill Issue

mage SLT 4g router එකේ cycle එක තියෙන්නේ 16-next month 15 දක්වා.
ගිය මාසේ e-Bill එකට register උනා. තාම email එක ආවෙ නෑනේ, අද 20. ඒ කියන්නෙ දවස් 5ක්.

Normally slt එකෙන් mail එක එන්න දවස් කීයක් යනවද ? Dialog එකේ නම් දවස් 3න් එනවා

බිල් එක එන්නෙ සාමාන්‍යෙන් මාසෙ පළවෙනිම සතියෙ .
6 වෙනිදා හෝ 7 වෙන්දා .

16 ට හැදෙන bill එක එන්නේ 20,21 වගේ. සමහර මාසවල එන්නෙ නැතුවත් තිබුණා. ඒත් ගෙවන්න ඕනි ගාණ ගෙවලා තියන්න ඊළග මාසේ 16ට කලින්. දිගටම bill එක එන්න පරක්කු නම් customer care කතා කරලා කියන්න
