well machan its a joke. i mean i read your post. well bro if you talk to slt customer care with knowledge of the problem your experiencing you ll surely get the correct answer out of them cause if you call them as a mut they ll surely give answers for a mut. but i called them with proper knowledge of the prob and they helped me out correctly they even called me back middle of the night because my net wasnt connecting correctly. so its depending on the person who is calling them the response. from this i can think about your status

ohh well let me remind you that its because of slt we sri lankans are using something called broadband in our homes. even the price is high or anything but u still brought it right? and happily using it right? so

theres nothing wrong about slt from my point.
