I got SLT Fiber upgraded over my existing ADSL, They seem to be changed everything and u had to register for the portal again, they also revoked subscribed peotv channels too. I didnt subscribe them again though
( which is a good thing )
But i have internet connection setup, only work with LAN ports at the moment, i am unable to use Internet over the mobile phones and laptops. It wont show me the SSID i registered for wifi in WLAN settings. What else i could try to solve this my self ?
Pls help me guys, having this trouble since two days now. SLT customer support dont even record our support tickets, i've being calling them many times since two days... ( Shitty after sales service ). I've logged my 8th or 9th complaint again this morning and after few hours later another customer support lady told me the complaint i logged this morning havent updated to the system. But later this evening when i complained again, another lady told me previous complaint wasnt updated into system due to they direct contact the maintenance division of relevant area. ( which is Rathmalana, and this seem to be a Lie, normally if maintenance people attend some incident, they call and verify what the issue really is)
