ADSL වගේ නෙමේ fiber. ඔය router එක කියන එක ඇතුලේ connection එකේ profile එක තියෙන්නේ. ඒක delete වෙන්න ඇති reset කරද්දී. දැන් slt එකට call කරල ආපහු profile එක install කරගන්න. ඕක දිගටම power on තියන්න slt එකට install කරන්න පුළුවන් වෙන්න.

maath karala kattak kaala hadagaththe. උන් හරියකට හැදුවෙත් නෑ. call කරල broadband username pwd ඉල්ලල router log වෙල ppe වලට දාන්න. voice line එක හරිගියෙ නැත්තම් ඒ පැත්තෙන් reset එකක් ගහන්න කියන්න.

Profile එක උන්ට කියල install කරගත්තා නම් ඕනේ නැහැ. උන්ම profile install කරලා username, password දෙනව.

Fibre connection එක ගත්ත දවසෙ user name (94xxxxxxxxx@sltbb) එකයි password එකයි SMS එකක් එවනවා අපේ mobile number එකට. router එකට (192.168.1.1) log වුණාට පස්සෙ WAN settings වල අර user name එකයි password එකයි enter කරාම හරි.
එහෙම කරලා වැඩ කරේ නැත්නම් 1212 ට කතා කරලා password reset කරගන්න පුලුවන්
