SLT Google Chrome Issue with SSL Certificate Problem

I can't use chrome for web browsing and I'm forced to use shitty firefox now. Fox thing worked well for quite some time but now it's showing a ssl certificate error.

ඊයෙත් ඔය අවුල තිබ්බ කෙනෙක් හිටියා කිව්වා විදියට නම් network settings ගිහින් proxy auto off කරාම හරි ගියා කියලා කිව්වේ
