slt is not allowing to this site

hey sorry for reposting

does anyine know how to go this site and start downloading torrents who is using slt adsl.

slt said that hey have fixed the problem but they havent!!!

later i asked from the system operator why i cant access the site by going to the site via proxy.
he said the ip using is banned and change the ip but my account ratio is very good so i changed the ip by keeping the router off for about 10 hrs and still the site wont open

later the system operator said that the entire ip range is bannned

so wat can i do to access the site and start downloading torrents

SLT is not blocking that site, but that site is blocking whole range of SLT IPs.
I think some SLT ADSL users has abused that site so they have banned IPs from SLT or whole srilanka.

So you can't get help from SLT about that. You have to contact that site owners or use proxy or similar method.
