Hi Machanzla mata HELP karanawada?

Mama use karanne SLT PeoTV router ekak, me dawas wala mata Wifi ledak bowela, widihak thiyanawada PeoTV router aka wenas karanne nethuwa wifi setup karaganna....

I got a TPLINK WiFi-n draft(150Mbps) AP for Rs4000 sometime ago,may be a good option for the tread starter

i called them machanzla, i'm very sad about SLT people's attitude,

Here's the story:

I called them 5 times (had to call),

1st time a lady answered & gave me my area's SLT office no to contact (033 2232280), i called & got another no to contact Mr.Piyarathna (0332232666), this guy not answering the phone (tried 4 times).

2nd time a lady answered & told me "can & you have to pay 2990/- for new router"

3rd time a guy answered & told me "can't & SLT don't have a policy to change"

4th time a guy answered & told me "can't & you have to buy a your own router"

5th time a guy(Tamil) answered & told me "can't, you have to buy a your own one"

I don't know what say about these SLT people.......
