ADSL use කරන අයට ක්යන්නෙ. සමහර විට වහින්නෙ නෙතුව ඔය ඩෙ වෙන්න පුලුවන්.

Telephone line eke current eka wenas wena welawal thienawa.. nageth ehema wela router ekak pichchuna.. hondama wade telephone line eka UPS ekata hari wena surge protector ekakata hari connect karala thiyanna.

you should've lodged a complaint with the consumer affairs authority. you can still do that i think...

i think slt is the one to be blamed here.. see you bought that modem from slt and not from sala right? so essentially, ur agreement is with the slt, whatever the agreements slt may have with sala is immaterial to you. you shouldn't even have called sala in the first place!

as i see it the deal is like this. you got ur warranty from slt, so they are bound to replace ur modem, and slt in turn should claim the warranty from sala. if sala is not providing a replacement to slt, it's not ur problem, slt still is bound to give you ur replacement, at their cost!

lodge a complaint man. you can easily win
