SLT update?

I was browsing through SLT.lk wheen I noticeddd a site update. So I went to the broadband page over here and checked my package details (Web Family). SLT says that the minimum download speed is 2 Mbps. It doesn't mention the 64 Kbps speed during FUP. Does this mean that speeds during FUP are now 2 Mbps?

Also - Upload speeds are not given a minimum value. Does that mean it is a constant 1 Mbps at all times?
