Web Family Package
1) For the last 4 days , the Speed of Internet was appalling.
2 ) on 31 July I used Dialog after Mid Morning. Did not use SLT.
at that time remaining data : was Off Peak 7.8 GB
and of the 5 GB extra I bought ; 36 % = 1.8 GB
3 ) On 31 July at 2.30 pm the speed was almost zero. Then I called 1212. The Girl who answred told me that I had NO data remaining. But she took my complaint about the 1.8 GB. Nothing was done.
What happened to the 1.8 GB ?
4) After 10 pm on 31 July I did not use the computer. I was away on some family matter.
Some one called me from SLT around 9 am. I told him I am out , and that I will call him when I get home.
[FONT="]5 ) I got back home and Logged in at 2.30 pm.
I checked the speed : it was 6 mbps.
Then I checked the data usage. It said I had used Peak 1.4 gb and Total 1.5 GB
I only checked the speed and was logged in for may be 20 minutes.
There is NO WAY I used 1.4 gb
Besides I was never at home so How could I use 0.1 GB off Peak data ?
I complained to 3 girls : No. 1 ………. Forget her name. No. 2 was Asha. No. 3 sounded like Nipuli.
They did nothing for me except cut the line. I unnecessarily paid Bills to Dialog.
6 ) I did not use SLT after that. Logged in with Dialog, to do my work.
Through Dialog I checked data balance at 7 pm. Then It showed I had used 1.7 GB How could I use another 0.2 or 0.3 GB when I never logged in on SLT ?
You people are cheating me. The Max data I could have used today 1 st Aug is less than 2 MB.
I can not manage with 6 mbps. I always had 12 mbps or more.
