SLT Vs. Torrents ?

Hi guys is SLT has limited torrent download speed??? recently I tried to download 2 different win7 torrents both starts up with 55-6o kB/s but after 2-3 mins speed drops to 10-20 kB/s both torrents have good number of seeds. I wonder whats wrong????

maybe they are controlling p2p

maybe the seeds have slow speed

its called isp throttling or some thing.. Slt is out of International bandwidth...there are too Meany SLT adsl users..
best is to buy a seedbox... then download torrents directly..

enable encryption its under OPTIONS ..... PREFERENCES... BITORRENT .....Protocol encryption..

nah.. SLT not controlling torrents.

most of Win 7 torrents has too many leechers.. so torrent download speed may dropped due to that reason

im getting my full speed on torrent downloading any time
