Hello....
I was ADSL user scene 2012..(used SLT CDMA phone scene 2004) .I used SLT Family package and nearly got 600kbps speed.In reason time almost ADSL speed down..They told me u are too far from ADSL loop points.(Nearly 5km)..

So u connection couldn't be increase therefore i cancel ADSL line and give letter to increase ADSL overall bandwidth..

In December they implement new loop nearly to my house...So i request ADSL line again and to test buy Web Starter package ...

Unbelievably this time i got nearly 3.65mbps speed

Due to hight speed monthly 5GB over now..I Couldn't doing anything now
(Web Starter package only offer Monthly Usage Volume (GB) = 5GB and Off-peak=5GB)

Please kindly increase SLT ADSL speed to at least 256kbps until end of this month(for only for days)

I will change this web Starter package to my old package Web Family on January first week

Could your guys to change it when January 1st or do i need to go SLT branch and request them change my package to Web Family???
