SMS Activation for Mobitel????

I have a USB Dongle to connect to my PC to browse Internet.


How do i activate Time Base package for Mobitel??? Does anyone know???

Put the SIM into a Phone.
Activate the package.
Put the SIM back to the dongle.

i have a 3g sim also the 4g sim too.

3g does not fit into my sony xa1


4g sim eke loku piece eke nada kohed?

Any others who provide time base packages.?????
