Well, fuck mate. I've been to some interviews in the wonderland and abroad and no one ever checked my degree certificate or ask for my O/L, A/L results.
On one interview they asked what's my class for the bachelor's degree. That's pretty much it. I didn't have any interviews what so ever for my current job.

To be honest, if someone asks my O/L results, I'm screwed. Only got As for Math & English + 2 some useless subjects.
