cured insomnia for good :) but not so much helping as far as the other matter is concerned..

Venlafaxine any good? is it SSRI? or SNRI?

    its an SNRI
by far the only antidepressant + anxiolytic I have come across so far with zero side effects
    I'm on extended release form.
This isn't a sedative so it doesn't help much with Insomnia.
Taking Quetiapine whenever i feel to sleep lol.
    It's an atypical antipsychotic.
    lol
    :D

Ive been experiencing minimum side effects with mirtaz though. hmm I wouldn't really want to change it cos, sleep was a luxury I never thought I could afford :)
