Speed Up Your Bandwidth By 20%
Remember this is for broad band connections/dial up running Windows XP Pro.
1.) .log on as Administrator. (actually i did it on a limited user account)
2.) start - run - type gpedit.msc
3.) expand "local computer policy"
4.) then expand "administrative templates"
5.) then expand "network branch"
6.) Highlight the "QoS Packet Scheduler"
7.) on right window double click "limit reservable bandwidth"
8.) on setting tab check the "enabled"
9.) change "Bandwidth limit %" to 0
reboot if prompted, DONE!

P.S. If You Don't Follow These Directions 100% As Told, It Will Not Work

mokak unath worms walin regedit saha gpedit dekama disable wenawa.
oyata karanna thiyenne

1) "how to re enable regedit in vista"
2) "how to re enable gpedit.msc in vista"

kiyala google search karana eka thamai. wade lesiy. uththara daala thiyenawa

this is working machan..from this it avoid QoS bandwidth to 0%. ethako quality of service 0 wela speed wedi wenawa ...

I knew it before it works machan but not 20%...it's about 5-10 %....
