macho uve used this rite.. is this jus a software which will help the overall speed or is it a download manager. like flashget??

It's not a download manager. It tweaks the Windows registry to speed up the overall download speed.

I have only tested TCP Optimizer. It speeds up the connection for sure, but I don't know if there are any side effects
