guys i want to buy a spy camera/voice recorder for my office

i want to have it in my office to record what the workers are doing

i thought of buying it from ebay

but as i can see, most of them are like voice recording pens, usb drives, clocks, cloth hooks, key tags......

if i use them, everyone will notice it

can someone pls give me more advice about this

what to use etc.......

i want a very small unit where no one will notice it that much

problem is this macho

actually this is one of my father's offices.......he trusts these people too much,and also all are matured people..... but these people are not genuine and i know that they are robbing from my father, but my father does not believe when i say things to him about them

that's the reason why i thought of using a small device like this and capture their movements and show it to him with proof

pls help me bro
