Sri Lanka do not have proper three phase electricity.

In most western countries and Middle East all houses, offices and factories have separate three phase electricity where each is a separate grid. So if any one of the grid fails then other two can take the load. Every house is having switching gear so if one line fails then load is transferred to other line. Each phase should have different power plants and different sub stations doing the jobs. We need IT minded electricity department. They should have done proper disaster management and proper load balancing. They should also have spare LPG power plant which can quickly turned on and off as per the load requirements.
