Sri Lanka Government should implement 4 working days a week to save budget deficit!

If Sri Lanka is truly interested in saving budget deficit.The Government should implement 40 hours work and 4 working days a weak. It can be made 10 hours a day. It will save fuel in transport of workers. Saves Forex. They would most likely do part time jobs. At least most work of the week would be done in 4 working days and saves time for customers. Because most government department closes at 3pm. Sri Lanka should motivate employees with 4 weekly salaries instead of monthly salary. So each employees would get 13 month salary.
