This picture of the "Fort and Harbour of Colombo" is a reproduction from the lithographed painting which decorates the original Red Wall papers of the dining room of the Castle. It is from a series of fifteen views in Ceylon, illustrative of Sir J.E. Tennent's work, from sketches made on the spot by Captain C. O'Brien. (Late Assistant Surveyor General of Ceylon)
