Sri Lanka Registered Voters Registry

I think lot of people know that the Department of Election has computerized all the registered voters in Sri Lanka. As far as i know they have separated it District vice and put them into DVDs. i have heard that DVDs are available in District election offices. I dont know whether that DVDs can be bought or not.

If any body have any detailed information about this DVDs or if any body can buy this DVD, please comment in here.
