Sri Lanka should allow other than rapist or murderers or gansters or drug dealers to work in Construction Industry. Instead of feeding the prisioners the government and prisoners can eak out a living and they will probably be reformed. Look at what chinese did to mattla airport.It was built by prisoners. Sri Lanka can save FOREX going to foreign workers. There are some prisoners who are unable to pay their small dues . They are staying in prison due to this.
