Sri Lanka should build Colombo-Chilaw-Puttalam-Mannar Highway with new Ferry Service to India.Those Train Speeds on Puttalam lines are rubbish.We need an express way. Government is planning a Mannar-Vauniya-Trincomale Highway that is good. If with the Ferry service from Ramesvaram to Mannar starts ,we also should have facility to book indian trains online.
