Sri Lanka should introduce Bankrupcy Law to Stop credit card default,and loan default

SrI Lanka should introduce Bankrupcy Law. This should stop loan sharks hounding people into sleepless nights. There is lot of Credit card default and loan default in this country. By delcaring people bankrupt, they would be able to repay back the loan at their own income phase, rather than being hounded like dogs by banks and thugs.Most of the people have sleepless nights and some even commit suiside. It is pretty bad , worst affected are farmers. There should be a way out. We should implement bankrupcy law.
