Sri Lanka Shuts International Airport After Air Raid

Sri Lanka closed the island's only international airport and diverted flights to neighboring India Friday after Tamil Tiger rebels carried out an air attack on the capital, an official said.

The rebel aircraft bombed Sri Lanka's main tax office in the capital Colombo on Friday night, military spokesman Brigadier Udaya Nanayakkara said
