At least then we have an idea where they are from. Which city, and delay or refuse. Even the Filippines did the same thing.
This should have been done straight away. At the same time the Chinese donkeys should have placed a ban on their Nationals visiting other countries for tourism.
Just like the last time they delayed to reveal this to the world, till it became a big mess. They never seem to learn.

At least we can weed out depending on where they reside (assuming they disclose the real address). Also we can delay things. Some filtering is better than nothing.
