Task Force IV bags Nedunkerni, scores first major victory

The latest offensive element of the Sri Lanka Army, the Task Force IV has liberated the Nedunkerni town, defence sources said this morning (Dec. 21). According to the sources, troops following a successful offensive yesterday morning had wrested total control of the town which was under LTTE clutches for years by this morning.
