Anyway that is not a virus I guess.. Must be a shell script kinda thing which changes system time etc. But never replicates, Never eats resources, never tries to delete system files. Then it is not a virus...

The best way will be to find the loading point. (Ape badune)

Try to find what does it used to load when windows comes. if its our product try Startup and then the msconfig. then the registry, if its injecting to another thread u may experience rapid fluctuation of CPU usage by it. try to block it.
Use mmc to block the exe if its a exe.

And since it cant replicate it self, (As X-Pert said) 1 of ur friends must be adding it my him self or plating a autorun file in ur pen or mobile.

Try to find him and make sure he gets 2 black eyes. thats the best anti virus for this virus.
