You can try to fix this issue by rebuilding the Icon Cache in Windows 10:
1. Open File Explorer
2. Click the view tab, and put a mark on Hidden items.
3. Then navigate to: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local folder
4. delete the hidden IconCache.db file and reboot your device.
5. Open File Explorer again then navigate to: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer
6. Delete all icon cache and restart your device.

If you are unable to delete these files, open command prompt as administrator and enter this command:
cd /d %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer attrib –h iconcache_*.db del iconcache_*.db start explorer
