bt who are the suppliers and wht are the substitutes for telecommunication..

Mostly telecommunication industry consider as services.Therefore its really hard to categorized things such as suppliers,manufacturing process and substitutes etc.
few examples for suppliers in telecommunication industry.
* Equipment suppliers (servers,phones,networking equipments)
* Infrastructure suppliers (towers,lands)
* IT technical advising firms (new technological methods)
* Maintenance
