*there are government funded educational institutes and universities.

*english language skills are a must! u r required to hv IELTS. 5.5 for diploma, 6.0 for a degree and 6.5 for master. sometimes IELTS won't required coz it's depending on the course u r gonna do.

*if ur a school lever it's better to join for a course immediately. coz otherwise they will ask for the things u did in the mean time. this thing also depends on the course ur gonna do.
