A week ago few people came to our house and said that they are from the "Telecom Regulatory Commision" and that they are conducting research in the Telephone Bills amounts. When I told our Telephone bill amounts they said that they are introducing a new package with the colaberation of the "Telecom Regulatory Commision" to cut down the cost of telephone bills.
They offered me a Suntel leaflet that had this package where we give these people Rs. 1000/- right now and pay Rs. 4000/- later when we go to the Suntel office to get the connection. Then for every recharge they pay it back. For example for 500 recharge we get another 500 until that Rs. 5000 is over.
When I contacted the "Telecom Regulatory Commision" they denied such involvement. Also when I said i didn't want the package they the person just yelled at me and went away!
