Not all Casper. Even in Beef and Chicken and even in Kangaroo meat there are Viruses which cannot be fully destroyed by cooking heat. But roasting on an open fire will destroy almost all the viruses.
And that's another reason why your religion (Islam), prohibits eating Pork. Because Pork has the most number of germs in its meat due to the food they eat.

Some may argue that in advanced countries like Australia, pigs are bred in very clean and hygienic conditions. Even in these hygienic conditions the pigs are kept together in sties. No matter how hard you try to keep them clean they are filthy by nature. They eat and enjoy their own as well as their neighbor's excreta.
