aw :P i shouldve started that aws course few months back .... hahaha....

I did my AWS solutions architect - associate exam few months back and passed it. But I had about 1 year of experience in AWS ec2, s3, lambda, vpc, iam, secrets manager, etc by the time I did my exam.
Now looking for a job in cloud stuff and getting ready for the sysop exam.
I would also suggest the sysop exam rather than the solutions architect one. Kinda hard though.

Apparently solutions architect - professional is considered the hardest among professional level certificates.
However, sysop - associate is considered the hardest among associate level certificates.
In my opinion, hands-on experience really matters for any kind of certification.
