good point...in kandy city, there is no space to grow..thats why they are planinig to shift the prision out of city. nyway, its useless to keep a prision in the middle of such a beautiful city....

ther is no suc thing...you cant go beyond the pinnacle of the temple...as ex you can build in lower areas, such as in railway station area, where the ground is lower than the temple. keep in mind, temple is in a very high elevation. got it?
