ado, how should I go about starting a tech startup with sinhalu in sri Lanka? The products aren't aimed at the sinhalu , by the way. I have only a basic idea about hiring, office space, devices, and salaries.

Could you give me the lowdown on how teams and expenses should shape up in the MVP phase and as we move beyond it? How much can I really get done with interns, fresh grads, or junior developers on board? Do they even think about working at startups?

Go Upwork, I hired Indians they are doing good. Yakka Puththu in Fiver ignored my messages. Eventhough I targeted both SL and India , only Indians applied for the Job in Upwork. I gave my task to Indians and they are good. Yakka Puttu missed a chance that pays 20AUD per hour.

If you need juniors, still Upwork will be a good place. Interns and Fresh grads most probably not competent enough to build an MVP, it will be a gamble. Go with intermediate devs.
