Whats the difference between IP camera and normal camera??
Usually, IP cameras are better. They have better picture quality which mean they're expensive.
In other word, CCTV likes Windows XP and IP cameras like Windows 10.

For home use i recommend analog system other than IP system coz , main thing cost and and nothing much diff on quality.

    considering price on
    1. Cabling - Should be lay through cat 5 or 6 - (100 lengths nearly
    22000)
    2. Need POE NVR - high costly - around 25000 / 4 channel
    3. camera prices X2.5 than normal.
    4. If the distance between cam and NVR more than 60 MTRS need to put
POE switch in the middle. or need to lay separate power cable for the
    camera.

    Are you sure about this..?
CCTV system needs two cables (coax and power cable). As far as I know, CCTV cabling cost more than network cabling. On the other hand, cat cable can be used for the local network.

Well, they're expensive. But I do feel like they're worth it.
    Security, Coverage, Maintaince, Features, etc

CCTV systems, in the past, have had a lower initial price point when compared to IP systems. However, that is rapidly changing as IP cameras and storage devices have shown a continued decline in pricing. In fact, many studies show that the total cost of ownership of a CCTV system is actually higher when compared over the life of the system.

One of the factors helping to reduce the cost of an IP system is the cost for cabling. CCTV uses coax and a power cable while an IP camera uses standard network (Cat 5e or Cat 6) cabling. By using a PoE switch or injector, an IP camera can be powered and transmit video over a single cable, thereby reducing the cabling cost compared to CCTV.
