True to their word to go for arbitration in order to recover as much as US $ 300 million from Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) for breaching the TV rights contract, Ten Sports have already set the ball rolling, sources told “Daily Mirror” yesterday.

International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) International Court of Arbitration based in Paris has sent a bulky set of documents regarding the matter in arbitration to Interim Committee members of the SLC.

ICC International Court of Arbitration has also appointed retired Sri Lankan judge Justice S.B. Gunawardena as the arbitrator to hear the case, sources added.

ICC is the world's only truly global business organization which responds by being more assertive in expressing business views.

ICC activities cover a broad spectrum, from arbitration and dispute resolution to making the case for open trade and the market economy system, business self-regulation, fighting corruption or combating commercial crime.

ICC has direct access to national governments all over the world through its national committees.
