Term Investment with Commercial Leasing & Vehicle

Machanla need advise,

i need to know if its worth and risk free to invest money on term investment at commercial leasing for 5 years under the rate of 13.7%?

i am selling my car (honda GP5) and getting 4 million. investing that on term investment, they said monthly they will pay me approx 48 000/= as of today's rate for 5 years.

and i am buying a toyota wego with 1 million down payment and installment i will pay the profit i get from Commercial Leasing investment, which is 48k.

so the idea is at the end of 5 years i will have the Toyota Wego + 4 million money.

Is this a good investment plan? any one has similar experience ? appreciate any experts advice. please bump

Not Bad. but it depend on the market value of toyota wego after 5 years.

After 5 years, 4m will be somewhere around >2m in value, even-though you have 4m after 5 years. If you invest that in a vehicle, the vehicle value also will decrease around 5%-10% specially because of it's Toyota, (other vehicles go even more higher dilution about 20% ++ )

But, if you invest that in a real-estate deal, you might earn more money in 5 years. it's a good investment vs buying a vehicle.
