This one uses the normal Windows' inbuilt text-to-speech engines, by default (such Microsoft SAM). They are more like "machines" speaking.

If you want to listen to them in natural voices, or pretty close to natural voices, try to find AT&T Natural Voices. You can then use them in Text Aloud software.
