Aisha was 18 when prphet died isn't it?

That's right

Hardly a time to throw the dolls away. But you are now added another very important thing here. Islam is based on Sunnah as well. Am I right?

Unless you prove that she threw them at a later stage, the fact that collecting dolls was her hobby remains still. As for the bases of Islam, it's based on the Quran and the Sunnah (prophetic tradition)

Let's see what various Sunnah's say about Aisha. I'll get back to you.

Waiting for you

But you have not still proved that "girl at menarche is an adult"

Firstly, adulthood in Islam is the age you assume responsibility for your deeds. As for the Oxford dictionary it's mentioned ;
concise_oed.gif

Adult

/addult,
schwa.gif
dult/
noun 1 a person who is fully grown and developed. 2 Law a person who has reached the age of majority.
adjective 1 fully grown and developed. 2 for or characteristic of adults. — DERIVATIVES adulthood noun. — ORIGIN Latin adultus, from adolescere ‘come to maturity’.

Adulthood based on full physical development is not a critiria for marriage. If the minimum physical necesseties are met in either sides(menses for women/ physical, moral and financial capacities for men), a marriage can be officiated although not obligatory to marry teenage.

It's only menses for women? Which is regarded as a disease in Islam? Don't you think a woman has to be physically, mentally and spiritually fit for it? Does she attain all these fitness with her first menstruation?

No, that's not true. Nowhere in Islam the menses are considered as disease. Don't misunderstand, I'm not telling you that every women should get married as soon as they have their first menses. I was talking to you of the least critiria, before which it's impossible to get married. Having said that, everything depends on the woman. That includes if she's mentally, physically and above all willingly prepared for the marriage. If a woman disagrees, no one can force her to get married to a man. This is clearly mentioned in Islam.

Quran : "O ye who believe! Ye are forbidden to inherit women against their will. Nor should ye treat them with harshness, that ye may take away part of the dower [money given by the husband to the wife for the marriage contract] ye have given them, except where they have been guilty of open lewdness; on the contrary live with them on a footing of kindness and equity. If ye take a dislike to them it may be that ye dislike a thing, and God brings about through it a great deal of good. (The Noble Quran, 4:19)"

    Hadith(saying of the Prophet[pbuh]) :
Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as having said: "A woman without a husband (or divorced or a widow) must not be married until she is consulted, and a virgin must not be married until her permission is sought. They asked the Prophet of Allah (may peace be upon him): How her (virgin's) consent can be solicited? He (the Holy Prophet) said: That she keeps silence. (Translation of Sahih Muslim, The Book of Marriage (Kitab Al-Nikah), Book 008, Number 3303)"

And why does a child cannot give consent for a surgery or a treatment at hospital?

Everything depends. Firstly, on who you discribe as a child(definition), although this definition may change from one country to another. Secondly, on the consequences of the surgery, as for if it's at risk or not. Every country doesn't proceed in the same manner in the case of teenagers. It's mostly a cultural problem than a medical one.

As usual, you forget to say what you really think of the matter. So if I understood, your saying Islam was wrong to propagate. What democracy is this then ? Ok then what do you say about the 25000Rs retribution that JHU monks payed for every Buddhist who brought a muslim into buddhism(mainly through love marriages) in Sri Lanka in the recent past ?

When you want to talk about Palestine and Israel, please go through history before delivering stupidities in public.

    Any proof?

Love marriages?? here's Wadi Bana Deluxe!!:lol:

Any person can have their rights secured marrying a Buddhist.. lets look at Islam, people need to sacrifice what they believe to marry the person whom they love.. a religion that cares nothing but only the survival of its followers.... sickening!!:baffled:

I understand that truth is difficult to digest, especially when your on the guilty side of monks who payed cash to convert muslims in SL into buddhism. This is not fantasy !!! As for history, it's so stupid to take off an important composant of the history of mankind specially when you see (if you see) the contribution of Islam to modern science since the golden era of Islam of the 11th century AC, be it philosophy, maths, health or astronomy. Anyway, what world history are you talking about when you don't understand the origine of the state of Israel? As for Pakistan, Indonesia and Bangladesh, refer to history to see if the sword was used for the establishment of Islam in these country. Please......only talk with facts.

Proof for what? If Buddhism doesn't have a clear stance on mixed marriages (especially when you can't attain Niravana with all these family matters), Islam does have it's stance on mixed marriages. Imagine of a buddhist getting married to a muslim, and then suddenly leaves the family and children to go to the jungle to attain Nirvana?

Having no stance in everything is easy to twist your tongue in any direction.

AS FOR SCIENCE PLEASE BE KIND ENOUGH TO PUT AT LEAST ONE THING THAT ISLAM GAVE TO SCIENCE(not those muslims who contributed to science ok? just tell me something scientific from the religion because we are talking about it, not about the people) - dont get it from islamic sites ok? get it from a non-islamic based scientific institution :P lets see

If you say you have no time to waste searching proofs for what you accuse, then your arguments are VOID.

As for Islams contribution for science..one example

Quran : 23:14 Then We made the sperm into a clot of congealed blood; then of that clot We made a (foetus) lump; then we made out of that lump bones and clothed the bones with flesh; then we developed out of it another creature. So blessed be Allah, the best to create!

Give me evidence of who knew the mechanism of the matrix of a pregnant mother 1400 years ago.

thats WRONG if you are not sure about my BIO knowledge ask a doctor even a muslim doctor ...dude the fetus is not made only of semen it consists more of the ovum :P actually the blood clot is the ovum not semen so that is utterly misleading and wrong...i dont care it might be VOID to you but its the truth, AS i can see the writer of the Quran didnt know much about women's periods or anything about blood clots if the ovum isnt fertiled by semen it'll will exit like blood clot :)
