But why couldn't they vote before 18 if they can be imprisoned liable for crimes even at 11 years in many western countries. This is called 'contradiction'. So, as you may see, voting rights and getting married has nothing much to compare.

Proof please. Children and teenagers cannot be given same punishment for the same crime as adults. That is well documented. For some crimes like rape, a boy less than 12 cannot be prosecuted.
You are still trying to prove that a child (of 9) can willfully give consent for sex, which is utter rubbish.
