the ambulance ploy was a very dangerous move which could have backfired easily if they weren't careful

now we'll have wait & see when army decides to finish off pottu & susei too..cos at this moment they r still alive & getting interrogeted about theri international operations & financial networks..

The body clear shows that the man had been shot in the head. Executed with a shot to the temple. No burn marks at all and no fragmentation. This doesnt sit with the explanation given yesterday : they claimed that the ambulance was attacked with an RPG and that it got burnt and that Praba, Susai and Amman was killed in that attack.
If so, how can they say they found the body TODAY at a LAGOON SHORE??
Also, if they found the body today, they were able to get a DNA test done from a foreign country and confirm that its really praba and release the statement and vide within 6 hours!! That's just absurd.
It is quite possible that he was captured on Saturday and DNA testing was done over the weekend to ensure that it really is praba.

early reports claims...soldiers drag the bastard out from the vehicle...

As for the DNA testing they may have taken numerous samples from those captured bunkers and all those personal belongings of his previously that can act as a master DNA sample, plus even finger prints...

from those, you get a DNA print of praba. That has to be matched with a DNA print from the body they recovered today. Doing that in 6 hours is just impossible. Last time I checked, there is no CSI : Wanni.

tamilnet is not down. Its up and running but very slow. Must be having a massive hit rate or event a DDoS attack.
He's gone for good, agreed! but the way he was sent and the confirmation stories given by the govt is not so good.
The last thing I want to see is to praba to re appear from some other country and start real terrorism in SL again. For that not to happen, praba's death needs to be proven beyond a shadow of a doubt.
With the stories so far, there is doubt.

SL doesnt have the facilities to do DNA testing. Usually they are sent to UK (like in the cases of those tsunami orphaned babies). Dunno where they sent praba's tissue samples for DNA testing. Certainly not UK.

there are many ways to identify a person
dont need DNA always.

DNA testing is considered 100% accurate for identification. In praba's case it is extremely necessary since the man used look -a -likes and doubles a lot.
Also, absolute proof of his death is necessary to stop the LTTE doing terrorist acts in SL from abroad. (like present day bin ladan and al qauida )

AFAIK, the testing was done 2008-2009 after the court ordered it.
